Sangami and Avin’s wedding was extra special to me. We first connected at her sister’s wedding the year before, and I was thrilled when she reached out to have me capture her own. We kicked things off with a mid-week pre-wedding shoot in the city at twiligh, the quiet streets gave us the perfect backdrop for some beautifully cinematic moments. On the wedding day, I joined Sangami at her family home, where she had styled her own getting-ready space with incredible detail, the decor and props were next level! From there, we headed to Alowyn Gardens for portraits with the video team from Pixel 360 Studios, before arriving at the stunning Vines of the Yarra Valley. Surrounded by vineyard views, we captured family portraits before their vibrant fusion Hindu ceremony began a joyful blend of Sangami’s Tamil heritage and Avin’s North Indian culture. After the ceremony, Sangami changed into the most breathtaking lengha for a final golden-hour shoot, and the celebrations continued into the night, wrapping up with a sparkler exit that lit up the sky and the smiles all around!
