Rayiky and Ravi’s wedding was a beautiful blend of tradition, style, and timeless elegance. The day began at Rayiky’s home, where I had the chance to capture her getting ready in soft, golden morning light the kind of light photographers dream of. They exchanged vows during an outdoor Sri Lankan Poruwa ceremony in the gardens of Overnewton Castle, framed by the warm tones of autumn and surrounded by their closest loved ones. After the ceremony, we made our way into the city for a quick outfit change Ravi into a sharp suit, and Rayiky into a stunning wedding dress. With exclusive access to the State Library, we had the perfect opportunity for an editorial-style photo tour before the celebrations began in the grand Ian Potter Queen’s Hall. A day full of tradition, elegance, and unforgettable moments!
